I have a dynamic cmd command, cmd.exe (random command). I have white listed cmd but still Comodo warns me about each command that need to run.
Is there a way to configure this so the firewall permits cmd and all commands running from it?

Are you getting an alert by the Network Firewall or Defense +?
If the alarm is coming from D+ give the executable the Installer/Updater policy. It will then automatically allow siblings from the parent.
If a rule with name “All Applications” is present in Defense + Rules then make sure the rule for the executable is above the “All Applications” rule.
When the Installer/Updater policy does not work use the Windows System Application rule (there is a bug with the Installer/Updater policy that may affect you).
