"Allow" + "Remember my answer" creates blanket rules w/no IP's and ports only

CIS Premium Win 8.1 64bit.
When firewall alert pops up and I chose ‘allow’ and check ‘remember my answer’, the rule it creates omits the ip of the request and only has the port of the request.
In other words, I end up with lots of rules that all read 'Allow TCP Out From MAC To MAC where source port is any and destination port is xxxx.
The same is true for Bloick requests - I end up with lots of “block and log TCP out from MAC Any to MAC Any where source port is any and destination port ix xx”
This is not so helpful, as I am really more interested in allowing or blocking requests to certain ip addresses.

See one of three attached screenshot for my firewall settings.

Is there a setting I am overlooking? How can I ensure rules are mentioning the IP addresses they are about?

Thanks much,

Peter

You need to change alert frequency level from high to very high.

Wow - thank you! I couldn’t find that anywhere! Solved!
