I’ve been using comodo firewall and antivirus for as long as I can remember, but never had cause to come here before.
Since a couple of weeks now, one day all of a sudden, all the lists in unrecognised files, network intrusion and blocked apps went blank.
I thought at first that some log had been deleted in an update, and didn’t think much of it.
But they are still blank two weeks later, and no new logs show up.
i tried to install an old GOG game today, comodo classed it as malware, but nothing shows up in the blocked list. I can find it in the malware laogs, but there’s no option to unblock it.
I’m using version 12.2.2.8012 of internet security premium, and I’m on windows 10.
Try changing the log to “no filtering” as it defaults to today.
Done it and it hasn’t changed anything so far.
Was the only thread I found that had something remotely similar to my case.
That’s strange. Does it show in the logs and detect the files in these tests, with the exceptiion of the Phishing Test? https://www.amtso.org/security-features-check/. Just trying to work out if CIS is functioning properly. Also, please confirm your CIS version.
All the files except PUA were detected.
And I’m using version 12.2.2.8012.
I managed to get the game installed by running as admin. And Comodo seems to keep some logs, but I’ll see if they stay there or are deleted later.
