I searched around and only found problems with AOL detecting comodo. I’m not really bothered by not getting a pop up asking me to accept aim because I realize it’s doing it’s job when I can’t direct connect for the life of me. 
I tried adding aim.exe to my list of application exceptions, but that didn’t work. I’m not really sure what to do in order for it to allow direct connect to work. Hopefully my search skills are up to par and i’m not asking this for the 1000th time.
