LogMeIn has had a upgrade in the last week. Comodo puts the files on hold in Defence+ so I cant connect to other remote computers
Logmein now has a file that continuously loads as Unknown/Disabled - see it in the Active Process list. So in addition to making logmein.exe and the logmein service Trusted files you also need to make this file trusted: ramaiint.exe

Thanks for the info,
Now i have to drive to all my customers 300km to correct this because Comodo can’t make a safe file safe. #fail
I sympathise. Your best bet is probaby to persuade Comodo to add Logmein to the TVL, which is updated with every AV update. And to persuade your users not to upgrade their copy of Logmein until this is fixed.
Best wishes

Mike, thanks for this Info. How do I proceed in asking Comodo to do this? Do I email somebody?
I think I would try adding it here.
With a note that Logmein really should be a trusted vendor. I’m not sure its isn’t on some versions of the TVL, but after the TVL corruption bug recently my copy of the TVL certainly does not include Logmein!
Maybe another mod may know who is reponsible for the TVL ?Umesh? so you can PM them.
Best wishes
Mike
It has been added in TVL and available via cloud. It is going to be available locally also in next CIS version.
Thanks

Thanks Umesh, much appreciated.
How should requests for addition to TVL normally be submitted?
YES, thanks to all! ;D :-TU
You can submit via https://forums.comodo.com/news-announcements-feedback-cis/submit-applications-you-want-to-be-made-trusted-here-t46391.0.html thread.
