After installing CIS 3.5.53896.424 icons in the tray are missing Tray2.png (Tray1.png bevor installation).
There is also no icon from CIS - if I open CIS from desktop icon appears.
All programs with the missing icons are running, but not shown.
If I shut these programs and restart them the icons are there.
Reboot and new installation with registry cleaning (cceaner, tuneup utilities) doesn’t help.

Anyway, thanks a lot for CIS

Pretty much doubt this has anothing to do w/ CIS GUI. Right-click the taskbar, select Properties, uncheck “Hide inactive icons”, go to Properties and click on Restore defaults. OK. OK. Probably reboot then. That should reset things to sane state. You can customize it after that.

Thanks a lot for your fast answer! (:CLP)
