Hi, I want report a free fremote desktopè software that are blocked by comodo by AV and for this i submitted the form here.
The AreoAdmin is also Sandboxed i think this should be not sandboxed.
The program is signed and recognized by Windows.
The program is not infected from the major antivirus software: see here virus total
I think Comodo has thios as false positive as this is not a dangerous program.
EDIT 26/09/2018 Comodo alert me the Areoadmin is not a false virus or malware. I cannot understand why as for all mojor antivirus there are no issue and also the program can be used with any damage.
Sure but if the app is locked by default this can create issue if the customer to reach use Comodo.
If the app is really harmful is ok that is locked but i cannot find any infection or damage so i cannot understand why this app are blocked from Comodo AV and sandbox also.
A lot of the free Remote Access Tools (RATs) are sandboxed because of their historical misuse by scammers. Aero Admin, AnyDesk Free, Ammyy Admin are three I can think of off the top of my head.
You could also try ITarian (www.itarian.com) which is another free RAT but this is produced by Comodo and does not get sandboxed.
It is a very new product and does not yet have the feature set of older, more established RATs, but it is progressing nicely and there are some exciting features to be added shortly. ITarian is a separate application and can be used in isolation but it forms part of the Comodo1 management platform. Due to its current basic feature set, it may not yet suit your needs but is well worth a look.

itarian is a website that are not working for me, very difficoult to understand, login and not find in many time the remote function or program so is somthing it doesn’t work for me
Ok seems i have just to acept that comodo will block all remote help program except Team Viewer. Sorry to see this because i have a good idea of Comodo but if block all remote support program… is hard to… “work” if some friends need help.
Compare it with a knife. It can be used with good intentions and with bad intentions. It’s all in how the user choses to use it making it a question of risk perception.

The program needs to be made a Trusted Application by the user. That's when it will work.
It is rated as a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA), the vendor is not part of the trusted vendor list, if it was you would not get such blockage. If you want to have it trusted consider making a request in the Submit Applications Here To Be Whitelisted - 2018 topic.
