Admin, please help

Hello,

I use comodo dragon and in som site I get this message :
could not load shockware flash and could not load plug in.

What can I do ?

Please verify that you have the Flash plug-in installed.
Check if Flash Player is installed on your computer-Adobe Help

I have checked and says : Flash Player is pre-installed in Google Chrome and updates automatically!

Just to clarify, I am a volunteer Moderator and not an Admin or member of Staff.

The Adobe site is recognizing Dragon as Chrome.
In the link in the post above, please check step 5.
If you do not see an animation in step 5, please download and install the plug-in from the link below.
Note: The below link is a direct download est 17 MB.

I have no idea why you are getting re-directed from the download link.
Please try the link below.

Step 1: Select your operating system.
Step 2: Select Flash player for other browsers.
Step 3: Be sure to un-check the optional McAfee security scan if you don’t require it.
Note: If enabled you will need to temporarily disable ‘Do not allow websites to know where you came from (suppress HTTP referrer header)’ found under privacy in the advanced settings for this site to load.

i have the same problem with shockwave crashing…windows 8.1 and cis ver.8
ive posted 2 times, but never got any respone
