Adding exception to a rule?

How can I add an exception to a firewall rule? For example I blocked an application access to Internet, how can I add an IP which this application will be able to access?

Evening & Welcome

You Go To Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy > Find The File > Edit > Add > (Fill in the Details)

It worked, thank you. But there was a glitch. First I’ve added exception for host name, which didn’t work initially, and only when I’ve added exception for IP it worked.
