Add the ability to scan for other OS threats and PUP [M1948]

  1. What actually happened or you saw:
    scan files that contains Android or other mobile threats from Windows desktop CIS or PUP, threats totally ignored in the scan

  2. What you wanted to happen or see:
    Threats that can attack other os and PUP detected and shown with a different color\icon

  3. Why you think it is desirable:
    This feature would be useful users that use multiple OS. (many people transfer apps from their pc to a mobile device nowadays). and PUP software are very annoying

  4. Any other information:
    Since this can slow down the scan should be included as selectable option.

I have seen other AV products their definitions also includes those are not native to the installed OS.

So I think it is a plus if this feature will materialize. You only need to maintain a single definition file across platforms.
