We are trying to keep the browser as clean as possible but the user can customise it how he wants. For your concern, you can always install an extension from Chrome Store that allows you to take a screenshot. For example you can install the “Full Page Screen Capture” (GoFullPage - Full Page Screen Capture - Chrome Web Store) extention that allows you to take a screenshot of the entire page or “Lightshot” (Lightshot (screenshot tool) - Chrome Web Store) extention that lets you crop out a part of the page you want to capture.
