Add context menu to block/allow file

Add the function of context menu to block/allow a file instead of going through the GUI/browse to file etc. Would be very convenient if you could right click on an exe and choose e.g block.

1. What actually happened or you saw:
Currently, to lock the application need to run the program select “Block application” and point the file.

2. What you wanted to happen or see:
I would like to point the executable file - right click mouse, context menu has been opened with option to block or allow application via firewall.

3. Why you think it is desirable:
It will significantly accelerate use of the program.
