Add "Block All" button toggle to desktop widget

1. What actually happened or you saw:
NA - new suggestion

2. What you wanted to happen or see:
Wanted to have a quick on/off toggle to block all internet traffic

3. Why you think it is desirable:
Sometimes we need to quickly block…maybe suspect something dangerous coming in or invalidly being sucked out…many other reasons

4. Any other information:
This can be done using the system tray icon, but requires several clicks to get to it. Instant access via a button on the widget would be extremely handy, and there is room for it.

It could be in either of the “whiteblock” spaces shown in image.
