Add a "Check for updates" option to the Tray options

Hello,

I suggest to add a “Check for updates” option to the Tray options.
I saw it on other softwares such as Avast etc and its really comfortable.

Although it would be nice, I agree, it does not really take long to open it up and click on it… That along with the Auto Updates that get rolled out. Especially when a New Version comes out, but having said that I would assume it would only require a small effort to achieve this so why not. :-TU

Checking for updates is already one of the more directly accessible features in CIS’s GUI, and there’s really no reason to demand such a feature so often as to justify placing it in that context menu.
