Accidental blocking of windows - Is it possible to reset the firewall?

I believe I accidentally blocked one of windows processes but cannot find a way to reverse the decision.

This leads to no being able to open taskmanager in Windows Vista 64 and I’m given the error:

“Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.”

Setting Comodo’s “Defence + Security Level” to disabled works for now.

I do not recall the proper windows process I believe I accidentally blocked, possibly named something with “MS…feed… something”

Is there a way for me to reset the firewall completely? (Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0.16.295)

Browsing through a lot of threads on the forums here I found an entry about explorer.exe.

I removed the firewall behaviour for this in:

Defence+ tab → Computer security policy

And now things are back to normal without having to reboot.

Still I am curious if the Comodo Firewall Pro 3 can be reset, I do not mind relearning it.

I was about to post a topic asking if version 3 had implemented some kind of reset feature also. Version 2.4 has this and is very easy to use. Version 3 can be alot more complicated but was wondering if they planned on adding a reset feature (would probably require a reboot if they did ?).

This might work:

He isn’t talking about resetting Defense+ coverage. He wants to know how to reverse a bad decision to block something.
