Hi

As there appears to be no help file in CTM grateful for some help

  1. The baseline that is created when CTM is first installed, and from which you take a working “snapshot” How is the Baseline updated for Windows updates, A/Virus Updates in fact any kind of updatefor security or other applications

  2. If you have more than one snapshot are both snapshots updated as in 1) above

  3. If the baseline is not updated how do you ensure its “clean status” is maintained BUT kept upto date with Windows Updates et al as in 1) above.
