I have CCleaner back now and its working fine again, that nview taskbar icon hasn’t disappeared.
Well I guess I can blame everything on Regcure, I’m sure the uninstall for my graphics card i’ll still have to do in safemode whenever i update the driver after regcure ■■■■■■■ something up, but I ain’t so bothered, i feel like my system is broken some, but glad everything is still working and no more screwups has happened ;D
of course Regcure is one registry cleaner i’ll be telling anyone i recommened one to, to avoid like the plague 
I’m still keeping that EasyCleaner though, its defintely one of the safest there is and i would recommened that to anyone
