64-bit Install not running

hi,
i am running 64-bit vista ultimate. when i try to install secure email using the 64-bit installer nothing happens, i get a split second of “busy” cursour and then nothing.
the 32-bit installer works fine. anyone know what the prob is?

other info:

im running comodo internet security 3 and ive tried it on and off just ot be sure
