4.1.1.2 does nothing but crash!

I have been using Dragon for awhile with no major problems. I started with the earliest 1.x release, and then 4.0.x.

But I can’t get to first base with 4.1.1.2. I updated, installed, repaired, uninstalled, re-installed, and rebooted, and 4.1.1.2 does nothing but crash.

The OS is Win XP Home SP3.

Are you using Adblock extension by Gundlach… ??

That is what caused exactly the same problem in my case

With 4.0.1.6, I was using that extension.

But after all the uninstalling and rebooting and reinstalling, I have no extensions at all.

i know you had no extensions left after the upgrade but your profile was kept in the document and local settings/etc.,/etc., folder. That’s why i cleared out the previous profile, after which all went fine… untill i re-installed Adblock than all went sour again. I’m not saying in any way that Adblock is to blame maybe it’s a general problem with extensions. Just Accept Comodo’s solution to downgrade (link to dragonsetup.exe can be found in the other topic) and you’ll be fine

Are y’all using beta? I thought they pulled back this version. ???
