Occasionally uninstalling CIS, it still leaves the installer as a startup entry.
You can check here in Regedit and remove the redundant ones and restart your machine.

There is some in Task Scheduler
That is correct; same Task Scheduler entries are here as well. Can @C.O.M.O.D.O_RT comment on the individual functions and if all tasks are intended to run as per their current defaults?
