2 certificates and 2 email address. mac os

Hi.
When comodo cert installs into the system on mac os, it adds 3 new positions to keychain:

  1. certificate itself. (mailnumber1@example.com)
  2. public key from comodo.com
  3. private key from comodo.com

the question is can i install second cert for the second email address and doesn’t it confuse any private and public keys from comodo? e.g. mailnumber2@example.com will use public and private keys from mailnumber1@example.com and vice versa?

Hi

The answer is no, it won’t confuse the system as the email addresses are unique.

If you personally assign the certificate to the other account, then it will cause some issues as the certificate email address details and email address will not match.
