When I click the “Disk Encryption” button or the “Options” button I get the error:

The operation Edfd_Api_Get_Fixed_Storage_Configuration failed with error
code 21: The device is not ready.

I am using Win 7 x64 with SATA RAID 0 drives.

I was able to create a virtual drive.

Hi all , i have this message on win Xp sp3 when i’m clicking on the “Disk encryption” button : “The operation Edfd_Api_Get_Fixed_Storage_Configuration failed with error code 21 : device not ready” then i click ok and nothing happens. Idem with the “option” button but here i can access to the menu.
