12.3.1.8104 (beta) does not update to the new beta

In the annoucement post of the most recent beta, it says “You may also upgrade the existing version to the new Beta version via the “Update” option.”

But when I click Update in the current beta (12.3.1.8104), it reports that the program is up-to-date so it does not update to the new beta.

I still can’t update…
