Great news, now looks pretty mature, so have decided to migrate to CBU from Idrive. Installing now.

BTW what do you mean by: “or the UI can be erased with items from the desktop”

Sometimes you can click on the desktop items trough CB user interface.

Thanks

Hi,

When using the ‘Simple Copy’ format, please can you add the option to update only the destination folder with any changes, additions and deletions in the source folder, so the destination folder is always a mirror/copy of the source folder (this is different from the synchronization of both folders).

The above requested option is only available for ‘Disk, Partitions and MBR’ (in Backup Source) and I hope it will become available for ‘Files and Directories’ (in Backup Source) too.

Also, in Backup Type, can you please add a ‘Copy Backup’ (in addition to the incremental and differential backups) so that the destination folder is an exact copy of the source folder (i.e. any changes, additions and deletions in the source folder are copied/mirrored in the destination folder).

Thank you very much.

What you are asking is one way synchronization ( A => B ) any changes performed inside A will be reflected to B. Changes performed on B would not have effect on A. The feature will be available soon.

I’m not sure I understand what is the difference from the request above.

Thanks
