The chromodo browsers and Icedragon have the option of forcing “safe sites” connect only over SSL protocol.
To activate must always select the sites that we intend to force the “secure access”. Make the “force secure connection” would be a differential and less bureaucratic. (see attachment)

Perhaps it was not clear the idea suggesting, then, after a little research I think I had been a little clearer my suggestion.
Some sites have login authentication, although apparently the characteristics of a secure site, are not visible (see Annex)
Note: The browser should be able to recognize this automatically, without requiring user intervention.
