Could'nt completely remove Ibsvc.exe

IBUpdater Service\ibsvc.exe

Comodo firewall blocked this but couldn’t completely remove the problem.
Is this a real problem or just a mistake?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit. I didn’t mean the problem had been sorted, just that I had sorted out how to post the requested information.

Sophos has a solution to get rid off this adware with their Virus Removal Tool. Beware it’s a hefty 68 MB in size.

This was the only threat it found. I removed it, is there anything else I should do?

Edit. I just restarted and I’m still getting the Malware message.

According to this page the adware has an uninstaller. See if you remove it using the uninstaller.

I am left with a warning about unclassified malware[at]1

Location c/program files\uninstall information\ib\97\3867\ib_uninstall.exe

The other warning went after I ran Malwarebytes.

I tried to uninstall, but was left with that, there is obviously still a folder left.

If that is the only file left then delete it.
