I received my SSL certificate through my web host provider (MidPhase) and attempted to make use of one of your logos. I went through the steps, choose the logo, verify my site with the logo and place the javascript code in the two places recommended in the instructions. However, nothing I did works and I get an error when the popup or window appears when clicking on the icon, “IdAuthority Credentials are NOT avaliable for this site.” Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciative.
Its probably best that you submit a support ticket to our Support team via https://support.comodo.com . We will then need to check if your site is eligible to use a TrustLogo and then advise on the next course of action.
Same error here. Certificate is VALID…
and I’m constantly getting “connection reset” error when i try to reach your support site ! (https://support.comodo.com)
If you’re receiving connection reset from your browser, then you’re probably using something that does not readily support at least TLS 1.0. Please consider upgrading to browser that supports modern encryption such as Firefox 35 or Chrome 40.
I had tried lots of web browser on various computers with Linux and Windows… I use firefox 35, and just downloaded Chrome… there was no luck…
Some hours later, I had successfully get to the support site with the same computer and browser…
And managed to submit a ticket…
Next morning, I noticed that problem was fixed, and there was a reply to my ticket asking for a screen shot of the issue
I guess, in my case, just submitting a ticket fixed the problem…
