Help Please. Require Support, but unable to make support ticket.

Hi,

i’m having an issue with the information being displayed on my corner of trust label, i have purchased this cert via a reseller so i am unable to recieve support directly from the source. is there a specific email i could contact to get some assistance?

You can do 2 things, (I sujest doing both ;))

Or you wait for Comodo staff to help you out here
or you can also send a ticket (http://support.comodo.com/)

i would prefer going through a support ticket, but i dont have an valid email (account) to use the support system, as i purchased this cert through a reseller of comodo.

As far as I know, you don’t need one. Just go to “Submit a Ticket”

then you follow the steps :slight_smile:
