Comodo TrustLogo Installation in Zen Cart

I am in the process of installing the Comodo TrustLogo v1.0 Contribution (Sideboxes category) on Zen Cart v1.3.7. The Apple Zen v1.1 Template Contribution (Templates category) is already installed on ZC.
The SSL Certificate has been installed on the ZC host by the Host Provider (Lunarpages, also Comodo Reseller).
By design, only the secure pages of the ZC store (login & checkout) will display the Comodo seal in the dedicated sidebox. Non-secure pages will be without the Comodo seal sidebox.

So far, the installed sidebox properly displays the Comodo (through Lunarpages) provided seal image (instantssl_site_seal.gif).
The mouse over (2-3 second delay) does not provide the expected IdAuthority credentials. Instead, the following message is displayed: “IdAuthority credentials are not available for this site”.
The Comodo Vengine was used to verify the Web site certificate. Vengine properly displays the expected IdAuthority credentials. So, it seems that the certificate was properly installed and that the IdAuthority database was updated.

You can review by visiting the ZC store Web site and using the top horizontal menu bar >> MY ACCOUNT >> Log in (or Create Account) at: http://aws-pm.com/zen137/

Is this message a response from https://secure.comodo.net ?
Does it provide any indications as to where the problem is originating from?
What am I missing here?

Hi,

“IdAuthority credentials are not available for this site”.
This could mean a number of things.

Please submit a ticket at http://support.comodo.com where the support team can investigate and resolve the issue.

Garry:

Thanks for your rapid response.

Can you be kind enough to have a look at Comodo Ticket ID: GFU-470138
I need more info then provided so far.
IdAuthority credentials exist for my Web site and can be displayed with Vengine.

Hi,

I have asked our level 2 support guys to take a look and advise via that ticket.

Garry

Thanks for your help Garry.

Anthony provided the answer to my problem.
The Basic SSL Certificate I have acquired from the reseller (Lunarpages) did not include the TrustLogo feature. It has to be purchased separately.
So, if you are in the process of installing TrustLogo on your Web site, this is the first thing to verify. Comodo Vengine (browser add-on) will display IdAuthority credentials but will not tell you if TrustLogo is active on your domain. Check with your reseller.
