WOS is blocked

I receive a message periodically in the Firewall log telling me WOS is blocked.

I have WOS unblocked in both the application rule set and in the Global rules.

What am I doing wrong?

I am on XP and I am behind a Linksys router.

OK – so I changed the red to “ask” and “log”.

I still don’t know why it is happening though. The application and the global rules allow the traffic to pass but something is blocking and logging it.
I just don’t know what.
