Both, as they do not work exactly in the same way.
BOClean looks and checks if anything is trying to run and change your files whereas WinPatrol checks to see if anything is trying to add to your start up programs.
It’s probably a bit more technical than that, but that’s the general idea.
I use both with no problems.

Exactly… and on a side note… I’ll surf without windpatrol, but not without BoClean…
