Great product, I just installed the latest version of comodo anti-virus and now I can not get my windows security updates, I am running xp pro sp3, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

What is the problem? Can you download the updates and not install or both?
Make sure that for Firewall and Defense+ the rules for Windows updates are not blocked. The rules can be found under
Defense+ → Advanced (at the left side) → Computer Security Policy
Firewall ------> Advanced (at the left side) → Network Security Policy
