great firewall but cant get windows update to work , untill i shut down firewall , tried but cant find what to change , thanks for any help

Makes sure svchost.exe isn’t blocked in Application Monitor. Delete those rules if they’re there.
Willas, if you’re experiencing the same, it’s obvious that you have it blocked somewhere, which would solve your connection problem as well. We should continue that in your thread.
