Hello, I downloaded the latest firewall 3.0.14.276 on a clean install but can’t update windows, reformat and return to norton and all works fine. I am using windows vista 32-bit edition. Any solution?

I’m afraid I can’t tell from that info if the problem is related to CFP 3, and in which way. There are, by default, predefined policies in CFP which apply to Windows Update. Both in the Firewall and Defense+ section. The Firewall policy is set to allow update, and the Defense+ policy is set to treat Windows Update as an installer.
