CIS works great on the workstations I’ve installed it on. However, using virtually the same settings, Server 2003 allows all traffic to pass. The only difference I have in the settings is to allow HTTP ports and POP/SMTP ports for the server.

Any advice would be helpful. I need to protect file sharing on the server!

First of all CIS is not designed to work on Server environments. It may work but mileage varies.

What do you mean with "The only difference I have in the settings is to allow HTTP ports and POP/SMTP ports for the server. "? Can you show screenshots of Global Rules and Application Rules?
