Windows Power Shell 1.0..a false positive?

Hello everyone,

I bring to you this issue I think it’s a false positive.
I just downloaded and installed the Windows Power Shell 1.0 x86 for Server 2003 and CIS said me
that it had a malware/virus ( I dont remember exactly ). I think that it is a false positive.
