Make “rating scan” window resizeable for example.
All windows that have a list of some sort should be resizeable.
All lists that you can not resize to get a better overview is a pain in the ■■■.

I agree, the none resizable windows makes reviewing lists more timeconsuming than it should have to be.
In general, the more resizable windows the better
