I was directed here in my search for a Anti-virus package which is compatible and supports Windows Home Server 2011.

Does Comodo Antivirus still support Windows Home Server 2011?

The regular AV does not officially support Server OS although there are reports CAV can be made to work on Server OS.

You may want to look at the Comodo Endpoint Security Manager: http://www.comodo.com/business-enterprise/cesm3/index_v2.php . It may be what you need.
