Windows 7-64 bit says “Turn On Windows Security Center service” when I am running CIS 5.3.18…
Question: What are the optimal Win-Internet-Sec-Ctr service settings when Comodo is running? There is nothing in FAQs I could find

CIS 5.3 is not turning that off.

You should turn it on…in my opinion.

If you are saying that it keeps getting switched off when you reboot, 
then it might be a bug and you should report it.
