I wish to protect my server with comodo firewall but didn’t found any links for the operating system : “windows 2003 server”.
Is it supported with the comodo pro version ?

It is not supported.
Will it ever be supported? What about Server2008?
There are no plans as far as I know. It would require a new team and that is what keeping Comodo in the first place. Not any time soon…
