Windows 10 problems, COMODO will not turn on

With installing Windows 10, now the COMODO will not turn on. It says this<

Then clicking to fix it in the main window;

It will reboot the computer to ‘save the changes,’ but when the computer reboots, it is still off. No matter how many times it is tried to ‘fix it,’ the COMODO will not reactivate.
