Windows 10 cannot connect to internet because of CIS Firewall Driver

HI,
today, I face the serious problem with using Comodo Internet Security 8.2.0.4703.

I update my Windows 7 to Windows 10.
And, lost connection to internet.

I try Wired connection, and Wifi connection, but both of them does not work at all.
When I see ipconfig command, there is no information, even if NIC is listed on Device Manager.
Of course, Device manager said NIC is working.

then, I try to disable “COMODO Internet Security Firewall Driver” from my NIC property, Internet connection recovered.
I can see the information from ipconfig command.

I face this problem with 2 Windows machines.

Can CIS really works with Windows 10?

To connect internet, I must turn off network firewall function now…

Thanks

When making a big update like the one from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 it sometimes happens that a security program like CIS malfunctions. First thing to try is reinstalling CIS following Most Effective Way to Reinstall CIS to Avoid/Fix Problems by my colleague Chiron. It will provide a reliable clean starting point and will likely do the trick for you.

I have done a complete reset of Windows 10, then installed CIS. I experienced no issues whatsoever, so it does/can install clean on Windows 10.

You can try to click ‘Fix it’ on the main UI ,wait itself fix
