Win32 PsKill a risk tool?

I have just installed and started using comodo antivirus a few days ago. Today when i scan my PC, it detected a risk tool named Win32 PsKill. It is found in 2 areas of the PC. One in a folder name hp\bin and another in my system restore folder. I have already quarantined the suspect files. What puzzles me is that 1 week ago have “clean up” my pc by performing a system restore. So i am pretty sure that my pc is quite “clean”. So is this file really a risk tool or just a false alarm? By the way, i am using a compaq presario S6270AP desktop.
