Hi all,
I need some urgent advice please? I’ve encountered a malware item “Win32.Kashu.RA@118357438” in a file named “qapk.exe” using Comodo Internet Security 3.13.121.240.574 equipped with Virus Signature Database Version 6596 and running on Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2.
All attempts to delete and/or quarantine the infected file was unsuccessful thus far.

You can also seek advice at specialized malware removal forums such as Bleeping Computer, Geeks to Go, MajorGeeks, SpywareHammer, or WhattheTech.

You may want to update CIS, but only when you're done with your malware issue.
