Will Comodo replace all functions of TeaTimer? Do I need to download anything other than the Firewall? Is There any charge for this function?

In order to get the features that protects the system, you’ll need to install Defense+. Defense+ will offer the same protection as TeaTimer does, and much more. Defense+, and all features of Comodo Internet Security are 100% free, but you can choose to pay for 24/7 support and WiFi Security (TrustConnect).
Defense + is Tea Timer on steroids. You can disable Tea Timer. No need to uninstall Spybot for that.
