Will CIS 3.14 D+ block XP Help and Support vulnerability?

MS has an “automated tool” to disable the affected portion of Help and Support, but no patch yet.

Comodo is able of detecting quite a lot of buffer overflows but I can’t tell for sure it will be able to block this one.

Does anybody have a link to the poc that was made so we can test to see if CIS will stop this or not?

Thanks for your reply, Eric. For now, I’ve installed the MS Fixit to quell the exploit.
