CMC is the Comodo Messaging Center (the scrolling news & tips box). I don’t believe its DIO should be that high, as it’s simply not big enough. Although if CMC is enabled, then the DIO may well be frequent when CIS’s front-end is open (CFP.EXE).
If it’s a problem you can always disable it.
