Why is comodo "Submit files" lists files of every type to be uploaded

Comodo “Submit files” feature lists files of all types of extension to be uploaded.
What is the need to upload files of every extension?

Only files that are executable should to be uploaded.

Sorry but…why?
executables are not the only infectable files

What about dll’s, scr, bat or powershell script files?

Or pdf and doc(x) files which can contain scripts or macros.
