Why does Comodo block connecting to the Internet for 15 min. after starting?

Why does Comodo block connecting to the Internet for about 15 min. after starting the computer from hibernation?

It doesn’t in my experience. Make sure your network card driver is up to date and check your wake on LAN settings, also well as windows power scheme profile settings.

Thank you, aim4it,

Comodo does it since the last update. I have not changed anything on my system (intentionally).

Espacially which settings should I check?

Should be the newest one (hope, it is the right one): http://i.imgur.com/hgiZaIJ.png

Many thanks, again.

Can you check the driver version and date from the device manager? i.e start > run > devmgmt.msc > Network Adapters

According to realtek site the latest is version 2021.0.0203.2012 date 2012/5/17

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&ProdID=226&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true#2261

OK, thank you, aim4it.

It does not appear to be the newest one, indeed, strange, why does the device manager not update and show that old driver is the newest one:

So, I guess, I have to download the driver and install it manually and I can do it just like installing a normal program, I assume and re-start the Notebook then. Have I to uninstall the old driver before? And to make sure, this is the correct one: RTL8192SE (not RTL8191SE-VA2).

But the newest, last driver seems to be very old also, 2012. Is that correct?

I don’t think that it is a problem in the adapter driver.
What OS at you? (for full information)

OS? CIS?
I showed you a screenshot of settings of power supply for the adapter.
Maybe it be necessary to look at these options?

I read that there were problems with hibernation.

Sorry, what missing information do you need for the OS?

Just updated new version: http://i.imgur.com/UiOccZc.png
