why cmdagent.exe sends data to 67.19.212.98?

Hi, i noticed my pc was uploading data but nothing was running so i checked comodo and in the outbound connections list i found cmdagent.exe tranferring data to 67.19.212.98. I’m not talking of Kb, it uploaded a few MB of stuff. What’s going on? It’s a normal behaviour or my installation is compromised?
67.19.212.98 looks like a game server, it’s part of the comodo network?

CIS automatically submits Sandboxed / pending files to it’s servers for analysis and whitelisting. You can disable this option under the Sandbox Settings and Misc Settings.
